If you go here: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/pubs/ you can look up all the statutes. With each statute, you can click the PDF link on the right, then save the PDF file to your computer then move it to your phone, or both. Here's a good start. MN Statute 624.714 PDF

I've been thinking about making it into an android app....
Problem is then I would have to do 609.66 then I would have to do 624.7181
I don't have the time to keep them all updated...
But if there's enough interest, I could try doing just 624.714 for the peeps here.

I would say just grab a fuctional PDF reader, and the documents as TMan describes. Easiest way to get them. *shrugs* Developing an app for it seems like a waste of time.

Quote: I don't have the time to keep them all updated... can you have the app access the state websites and when it detects a change, throw something on the app stating something may have changed? Or even import the change? I'm not a programmer, so I have no idea.. I'm a sysadmin, not a programmer
