What setting do I need to change to be able to post from my phone?
When I click the "submit" button, it brings me back to the text box.
The phone I'm using has WM 6.1 and IE Mobile.
Do I need to use a different browser, or just change a setting somewhere?

I use WM5 all the time. No problems. I havent changed any settings. You might try downloading and using another browser like Opera Mobile. Its free and I know that works too.

I have used both the Blackberry Pearl and now the Bold (which by the way is the greatest phone ever designed...ever!) and have had no problems either.

It could be operator error somehow. I'll have to mess with it when I have time.
Does Opera mini allow full use of flash video / youtube?
Thinking about the skyfire browser

No, Opera and Windows Mobile IE suck in that way!

I had that problem on my Blackjack posting from IE. Couldn't try Opera because it one day decided to break on me. Just would load up then crash.

Youtube works for me just fine in Opera mini. This is stock with no plugins or extensions. When I click on "Watch Video", it comes up as a streaming rtsp file in Windows Media Player. My Opera version is 9.5.2701
I guess this phone is considered a pocket PC, not a smartphone, but i wouldnt' think that would make a difference.

You guys can post from your phones? I will always remember this as the day that technology passed me by. I can't even get mine on vibrate anymore.

Lenny7, thats great that it works for you. I just reinstalled it on my Palm Treo 700wx with WM5. It doesn't work.
From the Website
Quote: Known issues: ActiveX is disabled — Flash plugins and embedded video streaming do not work.
Good luck tman

My phone plays videos from the mobile version of youtube, which isn't as comprehensive as the main site - or so I'm told. I'm sure the videos are compressed a bit to take up less space.
(Hell, I don't really know )

Think that's bad..........try setting up your tv again after the power goes out and comes back on.
