Yes, we really learned a lot on that fateful day. Here's what ABC's 20/20 is doing to mark the occasion:
"La Toya Jackson talks to Barbara Walters about the Jackson family, her impressions of her late brother Michael's children, and why she believes Michael was murdered."
We commemorate the most vicious and deadly attack ever launched against our country by talking about a gooned-out dead child molester who kept getting his nose whittled down. (I pick on 20/20 because it's a sort of a news show that can do a program about anything in the news. And no other channel seems to be interested in the topic, either. Well, Fox News will be, but, you know, they're in the tank for all those right-wing crazies. who keep harping about 9/11 as if there were something to learn from that event.)

There is something to be learned from the events that day, and the passengers in the fourth plane were apparently the first to learn it: if the plane you're on is hijacked, kill the hijackers. People learned that well enough that there have been no hijackings since then.
