From what I've gathered from a few people that there were many problems with the PT1XX Millenium series. Apparently Taurus corrected the majority of the problems with release of the Millenium Pro series.

Ditto,
I have someone looking for one for me and I hope to hear back soon. I think they want $315.00 plus tax for a stainless 3rd generation model.
I understand they are now DA/SA. The old ones seem to have been all DAO and had some problems with cracked frames, FTE's FTF's, Etc.
I hate that long hard pull of DAO.
I guess I'm a short stroker!!

I'm no going to pretend I know Jack about guns. What I do know is that when you pull the trigger without racking the slide, It is long. If you rack the slide and then pull it, it's short and easy.
I had a Ruger P97 that was like that but yes it did have a decocker.
That's all I know. Something sounds dangerous about this.
Hope someone with more smarts than me about this can explain it.
I may be picking one up tonight/soon.
