Didn't one of the federal appeals courts just recently rule that videorecording the police from a distance and public property was not a crime, nor interference?
Why do the police continue to collectively place themselves cross-wise with their public and their duty?

I'm willing to bet that they will justify the attack by saying that the cameraman was not obeying the officer's lawful order ...
