A few more thugs in blue. No one forces them to abandon judgment and act this way.

Where were the EMT's while this was going on? 15 stuns in 5 minutes?

The dope doesn't look good, but you shouldn't stun a doper 15 times for fun either.

I think this forum needs to have a new name. Call it "Everyday Incidents" since they don't seem very isolated anymore.

What were these cops thinking, they all must have been itching to use there tasers. He looks like a pretty little kid i can't believe grown adults couldn't detain him without tasers? More bad behavior from cops, its sad its not that surprising anymore.

that is horrible. those officers and the paramedics should all be fired. and not get PAID administrative leave. trying to cover up for each other saying he was tazed twice. not 12 times.

Right there watching the whole thing as I understand it!

No, but there's apparent suspect in the dope as well. The article said they found the pipe in his pocket, but it goes on to say the shorts he was wearing didn't have pockets. And, as the article said, the fact that they found traces in his blood has nothing to do with the event in question.

On the nosie. The issue wasn't what crimes he may or may not have committed, or what chemicals were in his bloodstream, but physical abuse, and the coverup. Your suggestion that there may have been planted physical evidence -- you don't get something out of somebody's pocket if he doesn't have pockets -- seem to be spot on, given that the evidence is already pretty clear that the cops in question filed lying reports.
