As you could can with any other gun without a manual safety in any other holster that has enough room to allow a shirt tail to get pulled in with the trigger guard.
There may be a little more openness on the Serpas allowing a shirt tucked into the trigger guard to be pulled out without moving the gun in the holster, but if you've managed to tuck a shirt tail into your trigger guard, you've already got problems.
