Received a donation phone call to my Company and invoice for $40. This a 2nd amendment supporter? The research sends me to a SF, CA group.

To my knowledge they have never supported rights for anyone other than police officers. They are not active in Minnesota beyond fund raising (which is a scam because most of their receipts go to the telemarketers and not to injured officers or their families).
I'd recommend you contribute nothing at all.
