Reloading components are also under this law. The worst thing is that you can't get ammo or components in the mail anymore. If you do a lot of shooting or shoot an oddball caliber like 7.5 Arisaka, you are essentially out of luck. That's exactly what the purpose of this bill is anyway: to make things as hard as possible for law-abiding citizens so they will give up shooting. |
