I'm impressed by the stand he took by returning several hundred dollars worth of product. Can't say I'd do the same thing. Maybe I'd not go back or perhaps I'd carry more discreetly there in the future, but dang, what a waste of time to make a point...and then have to worry about getting those same goods elsewhere. Like I said, I'm still impressed.
