The simplest way to get it is from me. The retail price is $24.95—if you send me a check (3925 15th Avenue South, Minneapolis MN 55407) for $30 to cover sales tax, shipping, and "handling" (I hate the term "handling", but I'm told that if I don't say that I'm charging you for "handling", I've got to charge you exactly the shipping costs, including a careful calculation as to what the envelope costs me), I'll get one in the mail the next business day.
If you buy the book from me, and later want to take either the Twin Cities Carry Course or the Beginner-to-Carry course from me, I'll deduct the $30 from your course fee.
